Cimberio Valve Co., Inc. Limited Product Warranty

Cimberio Valve Co., Inc. ("Cimberio") provides a seven (7) year limited warranty (the "Warranty") on its products (the "Products") against defects in material or workmanship. The Warranty applies only to Products that are installed and maintained in accordance with Cimberio's normal recommendations for application and service. Cimberio shall not be liable under this Warranty if it is determined that the Products have been misused, abused, improperly installed, or have failed as a result of freezing.

The Warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the Products (the "Purchase Date") and lasts for seven (7) years. If proof of the Purchase Date is not available, the date of manufacture of the Products will be used. Cimberio is the only authorized warrantor of the Products and is solely responsible for performing its obligations under this Warranty.

To make a claim under this Warranty, the owner of the Products must contact Cimberio at (877) 228-9246 or by mail at 100 Quaker Lane, Malvern PA 19355 to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). The Products must then be returned to Cimberio at the address listed above, via prepaid freight, with the RGA number prominently displayed.

If after a factory analysis, it is determined that a defect exists, Cimberio will, at its option, either (a) send a replacement product postage-paid to the address listed on the RGA form, or (b) refund the original purchase price of the returned Product. In addition, Cimberio may, at its sole discretion, send a check in the amount of $25.00 to the installing contractor to offset any installation costs.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CIMBERIO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM A CLAIMED DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGES OR PERSONAL INJURY.
