Product Description

The Cim 787NL is a variable orifice manual balancing valve designed for precision and reliability in a wide range of hydronic applications. Forged from corrosion-resistant, no-lead DZR brass, this compact valve is built to perform in HVAC systems, plumbing installations, sanitary systems, and other applications involving non-corrosive liquids. Manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and tested to EN 12266-1 quality assurance protocols, the Cim 787NL delivers long-lasting performance even under demanding conditions.

Tested by BSRIA using water with high air and dirt content, the Cim 787NL demonstrated excellent accuracy and repeatability of flow measurements, proving its effectiveness in unfavorable system environments. Its user-friendly features include a 360° handwheel for precise control and easy readability, a memory stop for accurate commissioning, and dual test ports for simplified diagnostics. The valve is available in sizes ranging from ½" to 1" with FNPT, CC (sweat), and press connection options. It operates at a maximum static pressure of 290 PSI and within a temperature range of 14°F to 248°F, making it a versatile solution for a variety of system needs.
